World's Largest Totem Pole

World's Largest Totem Pole

It's not a real totem pole, of course, which were made by Northwestern native Americans. This one is part of an outsider art environment. Unlike many, which are made of concrete, stone, and broken glass, this one is made primarily of painted concrete. It was built by Ed Galloway in 1948 and is a few miles south of Foyil.

Foyil, Oklahoma
