Denali Highway Fireweed

I think it's fireweed. I saw it beside the road through most of the Yukon and along the path of the Denali Highway. It was just as magenta in person, maybe more. You can almost see that this stretch of the eastern part of the highway runs along the top of a ridge surrounded by vast plains with mountains in the distance. Yes, that's rain ahead. There was always rain ahead or overhead.
